For international orders, your parcel may pass through customs before delivery.

Orders to the United States are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

This means duties and taxes associated with the shipment are handled in advance through Royal Mail.

What this means for you

• No customs payment requested on delivery
• No courier payment requests at the door

Your order will arrive just like a domestic parcel.

USA deliveries typically take 5–10 working days after dispatch.

All shipments include tracking.
