🕒 How long does it take to make my strap?

Each piece is handmade, from scratch, in my little UK workshop.

  • Standard straps: usually ship within 7–10 days.

  • Custom designs: take around 3–5 weeks, depending on the artwork and level of madness involved.

Every strap is made to order — no shelves full of stock here, just real workbenches and inky hands.

📦 Where do you ship?

I currently ship to most countries except EU.
(Shipping rules and costs there got a bit wild.)
Every parcel is tracked and insured, and you’ll get a tracking link once it leaves my bench.

🪶 Can I personalise or customise a strap?

Absolutely — that’s what Backbeat is all about.

All straps can be personalised with your choice of:

  • Width

  • Lining

  • Initials

If you’d like to make specific changes to a standard design, I can usually do that for a small extra fee — just ask before ordering.

And if you want something completely one-of-a-kind, I also offer full custom straps, where we can create whatever you imagine — artwork, colours, textures, you name it.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, PayPal, or Klarna.

🔁 What’s your return policy?

If your item isn’t custom and hasn’t been used, you’ve got 10 days to return it.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Custom work can’t be returned — but I’ll make sure you love it before it leaves the studio.

⚙️ How do I care for my strap?

Your strap is made from vegetable-tanned leather — it’ll age beautifully.
Avoid leaving it in direct sun or extreme humidity, and if it ever feels dry, a tiny bit of natural leather balm will keep it happy.
